Introduction to V.N.J Imports Inc.

Established in 2024, V.N.J Imports Inc. is a company founded by four close associates. Notably, two of our partners are accomplished chef-owners who currently operate multiple restaurants in Oahu. Our mission is to source high-quality products, including from farm to table Umami Wagyu beef and seafood, directly from trusted suppliers in Japan and Vietnam, and make them accessible to a wider audience.

Exclusive Partnership with Umami Wagyu by Toriyama (from farm to table)

We are pleased to announce that we have secured an exclusive partnership with Umami Wagyu by Toriyama, a renowned producer from Gunma Prefecture. This partnership enables us to import a diverse range of premium Wagyu cuts, including Striploin, Ribeye, Tenderloin, Ribeye Cap, Short Ribs, Chuck Roll, Brisket, Top Round, Top Sirloin Butt, Outside Skirt, and Short Plate.

Commitment to Quality

The Toriyama farms have a rich history, spanning three generations, and are dedicated to producing exceptional Wagyu beef with a focus on the Umami taste profile. Their Wagyu beef is renowned for achieving the highest quality standards, with a Beef Marbling Standard (BMS) rating of 9-10 and an A5 classification. As a chef-owner with extensive experience since 2015, I firmly believe that balance is a crucial element in achieving high-quality cuisine. Consequently, we take great pride in serving farm-to-table Umami Wagyu by Toriyama at all our restaurants.
